Registering with skillsikho.com and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all skillsikho.com services ( including services / courses offered by our affiliates / partners / trainers / merchants etc ) and terminate your account. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund Policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as paper format books, newspapers or magazines etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All online courses on our platform comes with lifetime access. Also all paid online courses comes with Free Trial, so you can check for the quality of content and other relevant parameters before purchasing them. Hence, it will not be possible to issue full or part refund and or cancellation after it’s purchase.
Digital Products / Downloadable software products :
Digital products such as Pen Drive, CD, DVD, Tablet, HardDisk etc are eligible for replacement if request is raised within 07 days from the date of it’s delivery, if you received them in faulty manner and could not access and or use it. Replacement requests after 07 days will not be approved, however request may be considered as per individual case to case in the scenario such as natural calamities, emergency situations as per our sole decision.
Offline Courses :
Cancellation & Refund policy for offline courses depends on the terms & conditions set by the respectives trainers / institutions and may vary from course to course. We request you to confirm them before purchasing offline courses/ workshops / seminars from our site. However, if offline course, seminar, workshop is cancelled by respective trainer and or institutions full refund will be approved upon your request
To complete your refund, cancellation, return request we may / may not require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase products in physical from, back to the manufacturer. In such a cases we will not be held responsible for any further disputes and you will be fully responsible for such disputes.

Exchanges / Replacement (Products in physical form)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
