A Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of course purchase.
-The user did not access any portion of the online course and the user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the course purchase. There will be no refunds for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner.
-All shipped course materials are returned, unopened/unused at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package.
-Additional restocking and shipping costs may apply to returned books.
Initiate your refund request by sending an email to info.skillsikho.com detailing the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
Our team will carefully review your request, considering completion status and provide feedback.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for courses which have been accessed by you in anyway.
Any course materials, downloadable content, or additional resources provided are non-refundable.
Upon processing a refund, your access to the course content will be discontinued. Any certifications or progress made within the course will be nullified.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
